1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
- You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
4. Refund Timing
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days after approval.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Items not in original condition
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care or hygiene products
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and must follow the return process.
